When an authorized user successfully connects to ReliaTel, access is granted to those systems for which the user has responsibility. The user has the same levels of control as would be found in front of the machines, themselves. ReliaTel provides a common look and feel to its users across all the systems it manages. Every PBX, voicemail server, adjunct, and environmental device is controlled through the same graphical interface. This single interface approach reduces staff training time, and hardware and software costs. Additionally, ReliaTel maintains audit trails of every message received from a device, every message sent from a user to a device, every alarm generated, and every action performed on behalf of a device.
