«With Challenge comes change” ήταν ο τίτλος του 5ου Συνεδρίου για το Δίκαιο του Ανταγωνισμού που διοργάνωσε η ΝΟΜΙΚΗ ΒΙΒΛΙΟΘΗΚΗ και ο Όμιλος ECONOMIA, υπό την αιγίδα της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού και τη θεσμική υποστήριξη του ΣΕΒ, στις 6 & 7 Οκτωβρίου 2021, στο ξενοδοχείο Grand Wyndham Athens. Την έναρξη του Συνεδρίου πραγματοποίησε ο Πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού Καθηγητής Ιωάννης Λιανός, και ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της METRO ΑΕΒΕ κ. Αριστοτέλης Παντελιάδης, μέλος του ΔΣ του ΣΕΒ και επικεφαλής της ομάδας εργασίας του ΣΕΒ για «Θέματα Ανταγωνισμού και Αγοράς». Το Συνέδριο αποτέλεσε μια υψηλού κύρους επιστημονική συνάντηση 34 ομιλητών, από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, στην οποία αναπτύχθηκε ένα ευρύ φάσμα κρίσιμων θεμάτων του δικαίου του ανταγωνισμού μπροστά σε ένα κοινό πλέον των 250 συνέδρων. Keynote speakers του Συνεδρίου ήταν οι Cani Fernandez Vicien/Chairman of the Spanish Competition Authority, Ioannis Gravaris/Αντιπρόεδρος του ΣτΕ, Olivier Guersent/Director – General of the Directorate General for Competition, European Commission και Juliane Kokott/European Court of Justice (Luxembourg) - Advocate General.
