Με 32 επιφανείς ομιλητές και συντονιστές από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό -ειδικούς επί του δικαίου και της πολιτικής ανταγωνισμού- και περισσότερους από 250 συμμετέχοντες, επιβεβαίωσε ότι το συνέδριο αποτελεί πλέον ένα σταθερό και πολυαναμενόμενο ετήσιο επιστημονικό γεγονός. Ένα Forum ανταλλαγής ιδεών, διάδοσης γνώσης και θέσης προβληματισμού, και παράλληλα ένας τόπος και χρόνος δικτύωσης επιστημόνων με κοινό επιστημονικό πεδίο και γιατί όχι και ανάπτυξης συνεργασιών.
Το Συνέδριο τέλεσε υπό την αιγίδα της Ελληνικής Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού και τη θεσμική υποστήριξη του Ελληνικού Συνδέσμου Επιχειρήσεων.
