NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI COLLEGE has received a foundation and operating license from the Ministry of Education (Dec. of the Minister of Education 30904/Κ6/17-3-2023, FEK. Β΄ 2066/31-3-2023) and the programs of study which are implemented offer the possibility, in accordance with the legislation, to have professional qualifications recognized by the Independent Department for the Implementation of European Legislation of the Ministry of Education.
NBC, in collaboration with the Catholic University of Lille (Université Catholique de Lille), changes the scenery in Legal Studies offering in Greece a dual-title program which combines Law & Management, which is awarded by Université Catholique de Lille in collaboration with Université de Toulouse 1 – Capitole. The Master’s degree in Business Law, Economics and Management in combination with the University Diploma in International Law Practice & Management is aligned perfectly with Law Studies, Economics and Management in English, offering unique advantages to the participants, covering at the same time the modern needs of both the domestic and the international market. EODID, Athens Mediation and Arbitration Organization was established by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI in 2016 as an independent legal entity with the exclusive purpose to provide top Mediation and Arbitration services in Greece and the South Eastern Mediterranean region aiming at enabling the prompt, cost-effective and efficient resolution of any dispute eligible for mediation and/or arbitration. It operates in full compliance with international standards, pursuant to a set of modern Arbitration and Mediation Rules, and with the assistance of three independent bodies comprising prominent legal scholars and practitioners – the Arbitration Board, the Mediation Board, and the Arbitration Committee.
Located in the historical center of Athens, with state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, EODID is the largest and most well-established Ηearing Center in Greece, providing comprehensive ADR support services and accommodating, demanding and complex arbitrations, mediations and other ADR processes and events.
As an arbitral institution under Law 5016/2023 [International Commercial Arbitration Act], it is incorporated as a private entity under Greek law. It was established in 2016 on the initiative of Nomiki Bibliothiki Publishing Group and a team of prominent (retired) Judges, Academics, Lawyers, Arbitrators and Mediators, aiming to act as an ADR point of reference in the region.

Green buildings are leading the way to more sustainable and efficient urban planning that seeks to combat climate change. Nomiki Bibliothiki’s central premises are a model of modern urban design that combines the neoclassical appearance of the historic centre with the modern design of the superstructure, the exterior of which is surrounded by specially designed planting areas of traditional plants and herbs of Attica, creating a green island of 164 sqm in the area of the Atrium and at height.
