Structure and operation of the “uno actu” companies
This study examines the internal organization as well as the issues of third party liability that arise in the case of an unpublished non original technical project implementation consortium. Included here are all temporary partnerships of independent enterprises that are mutually bound to jointly execute a single construction project by contributing the provisions necessary for its execution in time and in the quality and quantity agreed upon. More precisely, there are those structures where most co-contractors commit themselves against their counterpart to jointly execute a certain construction work, which is made possible by the reciprocal between each of them (internal) commitment to provide part of his business, namely staff, machinery, technological equipment, chapters, know-how, etc., which are going to be organized by the "non-original" consortium.
