The current book deals with Industrial Designs and Models. The book aims at demonstrating all administrative and judicial means that may be used to protect the design as an intellectual property right, as well as a right protected by unfair competition law. It makes an analysis of the Greek and European legislation, based on the related jurisprudence, focusing on the conditions of protection, on fiscal aspects, on the role of the customs and other authorities and on legal actions that can be brought before the Courts.
